We are looking for candidates who will be placed among several divisions under the Material Department. There are 3 divisions in this department namely: Production Planning, Purchasing, Material Control, and Warehouse. This department generally responsible for planning all production-related work that requires crossdivision management. When the production line capacity is insufficient or the production equipment cannot meet customer requirements or other reasons, the Materials Department decides whether to seek outsourcing production. The Material Control Section is responsible for the original BOM (Bill of Materials) and production auxiliary materials; the warehouse management section is responsible for the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials. The selected candidate will be trained and projected to become a supervisor in our factory in Majalengka with the following general job description (more details can be asked during the interview if you pass the CV screening). The selected candidate will generally do the following work: 

1. 工作目標之擬訂、執行、控制. Plan, execute and monitor the targets. 

2. 物料進度的督促檢查； Check and monitor of materials in and out. 

3. 庫存呆滯品統計處理； List and manage the slow-moving stocks. 

4. 統計數據的分析及報告； Analyze and report of statistic data. 

5. 跨單位事務溝通與協調； Cooperate with other divisions 

6. SAP 系統的推動與完善 Promote and complete SAP system. 

7. 人員教育訓練計劃之擬訂及埶行 Plan and execute the training plans.

8. 上司臨時交辦事項之處理 Follow up the instructions from managers.
