Purhasing Divison is a division under the Material Department. This division is mainly responsible for finding, developing, sending samples, quoting, placing orders, delivery and reminders, cost analysis and assisting in quality improvement, reconciliation with suppliers (outsourcers) at the end of each month, and invoice tracking. Monthly assessment scores, confirmation of material sources during machine model registration, and coordination of customs affairs between suppliers and import and export, etc. The selected candidate will be trained and projected to become a supervisor in our factory in Majalengka with the following general job description (more details can be asked during the interview if you pass the CV screening). The selected candidate will generally do the following work: 

1. 配合部門年度工作目標的執行。 Execute the yearly target of the department. 

2. 配合部門年度費用預算的管控。 Manage the yearly budget of the department. 

3. 了解原材料之市場行情﹐審核各料品之單價。 Monitor the market prices of materials and approve the purchasing prices. 

4. 新供應商開發&管理，確保材料品質&交期達成。 Develop and manage the new suppliers, ensure the quality and delivery of materials. 

5. 所屬人員教育訓練的執行 & 績效的考核。 Execute the training and performance audit of the team members. 

6. 單位間的工作溝通協調。 Cooperate with other divisions. 

7. 上級臨時交辦事項的處理。 Follow up the instructions from managers.
