About the Role
We are looking for candidates who will be placed among several divisions under the Production Technology Department. There are 3 divisions in this department namely: Industrial Engineer (IE), Production Engineer (PE), and Technology Engineer (TE). The selected candidate will be trained and projected to become a supervisor in our factory in Majalengka with the following general job description (more details can be asked during the interview if you pass the CV screening).
IE Division
1. 統籌安排 IE 課之日常工作及任務. Arrange the work of industrial engineers
2. 課內文件審核 Audit the engineering documents.
3. 全面督導課內之人員管控，進行人員考核，提升人員之專業素質，培養人才 Monitor, access and upgrade the industrial engineers.
4. 每月之目標達成檢討 Review the monthly targets.
5. 課內預算之編列及掌控 Make and control the budgets.
6. 參加公司各項會議，實施上層決策 Join the meetings and execute the decisions of top management.
PE Division
1. 統籌安排 PE 課之日常工作及任務. Coordinate and arrange the daily work and tasks of the PE Division.
2. 課內預算之編列及掌控。 Preparation and control of intra-curricular budget.
3. 全面督導課內之人員管控，進行人員考核，提升人員之專業素質，培養人才 Comprehensively supervise the personnel management and control within the division, conduct personnel assessment, improve the professional quality of personnel, and cultivate talents.
4. 同他單位之協調工作 Coordination work with other division.
5. 課內文件審核。 In-division document review.
6. 制定課內目標並進行每月之目標達成檢討 Set in-division goals and conduct monthly goal achievement reviews
TE Division
1. 協助部門經理總體規划長期及近期工作計划與工作目標﹐教育訓練\計划之制訂與修訂. Assist department managers in overall planning of long-term and short-term work plans and work goals, and the formulation and revision of education and training plans.
2. 全面督導課內之人員管控，進行人員考核，提升人員之專業素質，培養人才 Comprehensively supervise the personnel management and control within the division, conduct personnel assessment, improve the professional quality of personnel, and cultivate talents.
3. 本課人員及工作任務之安排﹐調配﹐執行進度 跟催及掌控. Arrangement, deployment, implementation progress tracking and control of personnel and work tasks in this division.
4. 本課人員的招聘考試﹐設備需求之評估、申請、驗收 Recruitment examination for personnel in this division, assessment, application and acceptance of equipment needs.
5. 課內文件審核 In-division document review
6. 每月之目標達成檢討 Monthly goal achievement review
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Industrial Engineering/Management, Engineering, or related disciplines.
Fluency in English is an advantage.
Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred.
Prior experience in any of the following divisions: Material Department (Production Planning, Purchasing, Material Control, Warehouse), Quality Assurance Department (QEM, QAM, IQM), Production Technology Department (IE, PE, TE), or Speaker Driver Production Division is advantageous.
Alternatively, a master's degree from a Taiwanese university is prioritized. Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate tasks across different departments.
Familiarity with SAP system is a plus.
Experience in project management and goal-setting.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and generate reports.
Flexibility and adaptability to handle diverse tasks and responsibilities.
Willingness to relocate to Majalengka and undergo training for a supervisor role within the company. About the Company
