About the Role
Speaker Driver Production is one of the divisions under the Production Department. Besides this division, there are also other divisions under the Production Department, namely: PCB Assembly, SMT, and Final Assembly. However, we are currently looking for candidate who will work in Speaker Driver Production Division. The selected candidate will be trained and projected to become a supervisor in our factory in Majalengka with the following general job description (more details can be asked during the interview if you pass the CV screening). Speaker Driver Production Division mainly work for:
1. 拟定课内各项绩效目标. Plan KPIs
2. 制造成本控制/人员培养与管理 Control cost, manage workers
3. 现场管理及生产异常追蹤与处理. Manage production lines, deal with exceptions.
4. 各项目标执行状况追蹤与落实督导. Follow up the progress of targets. 5. 组织课内全面推广精益生产与自主检查,确保生产任务及品质如期达成. Promote lean manufacturing, self-check and ensure target achieved with quality.
6. 与相关单位沟通与协调有关生产问题,确保生产线的生产作业顺畅 Cooperate with other divisions to ensure smooth production.
7. 课内文件/报表及各类申请表单之审核与控管. Review and control all reports and documents.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Industrial Engineering/Management, Engineering, or related disciplines.
Fluency in English is an advantage.
Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred.
Prior experience in any of the following divisions: Material Department (Production Planning, Purchasing, Material Control, Warehouse), Quality Assurance Department (QEM, QAM, IQM), Production Technology Department (IE, PE, TE), or Speaker Driver Production Division is advantageous.
Alternatively, a master's degree from a Taiwanese university is prioritized. Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate tasks across different departments.
Familiarity with SAP system is a plus.
Experience in project management and goal-setting.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and generate reports.
Flexibility and adaptability to handle diverse tasks and responsibilities.
Willingness to relocate to Majalengka and undergo training for a supervisor role within the company. About the Company
