On his speech, Mr. Ali Fauzi emphasized the term of human oriented investment, in which investment should not be satisfied only by creating more jobs, but furthermore to strengthen human skills and competence as well as access to entrepreneurship development.

In addition to speakers from IETO, this event also invited Valencia Elvira Sugiharto and Fathin Nur Aulia Husna as speakers from Indonesian professionals in Taiwan to share their experiences in pursuing a career in Taiwan. This event also provided an opportunity for CakeResume and BRI Taipei to fill in a Company Sharing session so that participants could get an understanding of the programs offered by these companies.

This year, IT-Connects 2024: Talent Fest was held in Kaohsiung to reach out to young Indonesian talents in the Southern and Central regions of Taiwan.
