Indonesian Youth Join APYLC Taiwan

Indonesia's youth population is increasingly recognizing the immense possibilities that Artificial Intelligence (AI) holds, signaling a noteworthy evolution in their interaction with advanced technologies. Students from BINUS School in Indonesia are honorably poised to make contributions to the discourse surrounding AI. The Asia-Pacific Young Leaders Convention (APYLC) in Taiwan emerges as an invaluable platform, offering these students the distinct opportunity to immerse themselves in AI-centric discussions and foster collaborations with peers hailing from esteemed institutions across the region, including Japan, Singapore, and various other countries.


Hosted by Taiwan's Mingdao High School, APYLC provides Indonesian youth with a platform to explore AI applications, ethical considerations, and their societal impact. This five-day (April 15th to 19th) convention facilitates dialogue on key topics such as Climate Action, Reduced Inequalities, Sustainable Cities and Communities, AI for Education, and Good Health and Well-being, allowing Indonesian students to contribute their perspectives and ideas.


The participation of Indonesian students in APYLC underscores the nation's commitment to fostering innovation and preparing its youth for the challenges of an AI-driven future. Through cultural exchange and collaboration, Indonesian delegates have the opportunity to broaden their horizons and enhance their leadership skills.
